ABOUT VIKKI KEMPKER

Why I Built the TeamAlign Method

I am Vikki, a Kolbe Certified Consultant since 2018. My work began after experiencing firsthand what happens when instinctive strengths do not match a role. Once I learned how instinct shapes action, communication, and workflow, I understood why performance breaks down and why strong teams still struggle.


Since then, I have helped leaders and teams strengthen alignment, improve execution, reduce conflict, and minimize hiring missteps. Understanding instinctive strengths reshapes the entire way organizations communicate, delegate, and operate.


Outside of consulting, I enjoy a great steak, nature walks, and time with friends and family. Baby and pet reels always make me smile.
